What Is the Scorpion X?
The Scorpion X is a CAN-bus immobiliser that wires directly into your vehicle’s own data network. Once armed, the engine will not start until a disarm sequence you choose is entered using buttons the car already has — steering wheel controls, window switches, indicator stalks.
Because there is no extra fob or tag, there is nothing for a thief to relay, clone or search the house for. Even with your genuine key in hand, the vehicle will not drive away. It’s a popular choice on Toyota and Lexus models, where it integrates cleanly with the CAN network.

The Nitro Pro CAN-IMMO adds Bluetooth tag or phone pairing so it disarms automatically as you get in, with a PIN as backup, and is TASSA approved.

How much does a Scorpion X cost?
£499 supplied and fitted at your home or workplace. No hidden extras and no subscription.
How long does the installation take?
A few hours. We come to you, and your vehicle stays with you throughout. Before we leave we set your disarm sequence with you and demonstrate service and valet modes.
What happens if I forget my sequence?
Get in touch and we’ll sort it. Sequences can be changed at any time, so if you ever need to hand the vehicle to a garage or a new driver, that’s straightforward too.
Will it affect my warranty?
No. It connects to the CAN network without cutting into the vehicle’s original wiring, and can be removed cleanly if you sell the car.
Will my insurer recognise it?
Insurers vary, so always check with yours before booking. If a specific accreditation is a condition of your policy, tell us and we’ll point you to the right product — the Ghost and Nitro Pro are both TASSA approved.
