What is an Autowatch Ghost immobiliser and how does it work?

The Ghost is a covert CAN-bus immobiliser that stops your engine from starting until a unique PIN sequence is entered on your car’s existing buttons. There’s no key fob or tag for a thief to clone or intercept, which makes it highly effective against relay attacks and key cloning.

Will fitting a system affect my manufacturer warranty?

No. Our systems integrate with your vehicle’s existing CAN-bus network with minimal intrusion and are fitted by TASSA-approved engineers, so your manufacturer warranty stays intact.

How long does an installation take?

Most immobiliser and alarm installations take around 2–3 hours. Tracker and dash cam fits vary by vehicle — we’ll give you a clear timeframe when you book.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?

We’re a mobile service and fit at your home or workplace across Essex, Hertfordshire and North London — there’s no need to drop your car off.

Are your systems insurance-approved?

Yes. We’re TASSA-approved and fit Thatcham-accredited systems, including Thatcham-certificated S5 and S7 GPS trackers, which insurers recognise and which can help reduce your premium.
